Chamomille & Ginger 'shampoo'
what you need: Chamomille flowers Marseille soap (or oil heavy soap) Ginger essential oil procedure Boil the flowers over little water on the hob until you obtain a paste, careful not to burn it so stir often or use heavy bottom pan. Add some scales of soap (soap made from olive and coconut oils are the best) and leave it to melt. When cool add ginger oil drops and Voila'! Place in a container and use within two weeks! |

Face
Coconut oil!! Perfect on its own for when you need extra moisture, it will also cleanse your skin leaving it moisturized if you massage it into your skin and then remove it with a pad. Oil washes oil ;) And if you don't trust this and still want a 'product' then check out Amaranthinebeauty products which are made with all natural ingredients. I recommend the cleansing balm which is in line with the above mentioned 'oil washes oil mentality', it smells great and it comes in sustainable packaging! |
