Okay, time is fast approaching to say goodbye to 2018.
Yes, it's already the end of yet another year and tradition wants that some new goals are set for 2019.
Yes, time to make some resolutions.
I have some in mind to make my 2019 better than my 2018 was (which started downhill but is going back up - so time to keep the positive energy into the new year...)
How will yours look like?
Will you write down the 'stereotypical' ones like "I will go to the gym more often" / "Stick to a diet" ?
Or maybe is time for a full lifestyle change?
Let's think outside of the box, and maybe outside of ourselves - the best thing we can do is to make some positive changes (not restrictive ones) and embrace sustainability for the good of our planet, our neighbours, our families and well, also our own health (if we screw up the planet even more we will be in deep troubles...).

While I must say that I am already doing much of those, I will continue embracing sustainability.
Not only reducing plastic and packaging will benefit the planet and your health, but I can assure you that it will put you more in touch with your life and your habits and will make you reconsider (how you eat, how you shop, how you use your free time....). So maybe it will bring some of the more classic resolutions hands in hands..
